Fyodor Smolov on "Pari NN": "I wouldn't even consider that option"

      Russian champion and former national team striker Fedor Smolov commented on a remark by Pari Nizhny Novgorod sporting director Alexander Udaltsov about a possible transfer for the player.

      According to Udaltsov, the style of play the club employs could be a problem for Smolov, who is currently playing in the Media League.

      The footballer did not stay silent and made it clear that he had not considered a move to Pari NN for himself.

      "To be honest, I wouldn't even consider Pari NN. Will it be tough physically? Possibly, by the way. I think here Alexander kind of implies that Mr. Shpilevsky is building a high-energy, dynamic, physically demanding style of football. Accordingly, at 35 it will already be a bit hard for me. But judging by how they look, I wouldn't say they're really building anything there, but the guys know better," Smolov commented on the new episode of Smol FM (18+).

      Earlier, Nizhny Novgorod head coach Alexey Shpilevsky commented on rumors of a possible dismissal due to the team's poor results.
