      In Nizhny Novgorod, temporary traffic restrictions will be introduced on the Ivanovsky Descent and People's Unity Square from 00:01 to 10:00 on October 31 on the section from Zelensky Descent to Kozhevenny Lane due to an event. Detours will be organized via adjacent streets, the city transport department reported.

      Drivers are advised to move their vehicles outside the restricted area in advance. Vehicles left within the area of the temporary measures are subject to forced removal. Information about relocated vehicles can be obtained from the information service by calling 417-17-07.

      Experts urge road users to exercise increased caution and follow the instructions of road signs.
