The court suspended the operation of a Nizhny Novgorod shashlik restaurant due to unsanitary conditions.

      October 30, 2025, 17:00 The company LLC "Shashlychnaya Berezovka City" has temporarily ceased operations by decision of the Bogorodsky City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. This was reported by the regional branch of Rospotrebnadzor.

      An inspection carried out by the agency's specialists in the Avtozavodsky and Leninsky districts of Nizhny Novgorod and the Bogorodsky district revealed serious violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements.

      In particular, the establishment did not maintain the proper flow of technological processes, there were no facilities to comply with personal hygiene rules, and the refrigeration equipment was in unsatisfactory condition. In addition, flies were found in the premises of the shashlik restaurant.

      As a result of the sanitary and epidemiological investigation, an administrative case was opened under Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court found the organization guilty and imposed a penalty in the form of suspension of activities for 14 days.

      The ruling has entered into legal force.
