      On October 29, 2025, a zonal seminar-meeting for representatives of entities of the system for preventing neglect and juvenile delinquency was held at the administration of the Vadsky Municipal District. The seminar was attended by responsible secretaries of commissions on juvenile affairs and inspectors of juvenile affairs units of police departments from 12 municipal districts and 2 urban districts of the region, as well as representatives of the district’s prevention system bodies and institutions. The speakers at this meeting were: N.K. Bobrova — Responsible Secretary of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and Protection of Their Rights under the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast; A.S. Bulychev — Deputy Head of the Department for the Organization of the Activities of Juvenile Units of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Nizhny Novgorod Oblast; E.V. Semina — participant in a project to prevent sexualized violence against children of the autonomous non-profit organization “Service for the Protection of Persons Suffering from Mental Disorders, Orphaned Children and Children Left Without Parental Care.” The seminar discussed issues of interdepartmental cooperation in the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency within the framework of the implementation of the Federal Law of June 24, 1999 “On the Basics of the System for the Prevention of Neglect and Juvenile Delinquency,” and also addressed one of the currently topical issues — providing assistance to a child who has experienced sexual violence or exploitation. Seminar participants could ask questions and receive answers to problematic issues they encounter in their work. The seminar-meeting was productive and informative.
