Nizhny Novgorod's budget will receive 263 million rubles thanks to paid parking.

      Nizhny Novgorod authorities expect that paid parking will bring 263.5 million rubles to the regional budget over the next three years. This is stated in the draft budget for 2026 submitted to the Legislative Assembly.

      According to the document, in 2026 revenues from the provision of parking spaces will amount to 84.4 million rubles. In 2027 the sum will increase to 87.8 million rubles, and in 2028 will reach 91.3 million rubles.

      It is noted that the forecast was formed taking into account actual receipts from previous years and the territories' plans for the development of the paid parking space system.

      Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of 2025, 58,702 penalty notices have been issued in Nizhny Novgorod for failure to pay for the use of paid parking, totaling 93.7 million rubles.
