It has become clear where you will be able to fly from Nizhny Novgorod in the winter of 2025/2026.

      Nizhny Novgorod’s Valery Chkalov International Airport will switch to its fall-winter schedule from October 26.

      According to the airport’s press service, in the new season passengers will have access to 18 routes served by 14 airlines.

      The winter program includes both domestic and international flights. Residents of Nizhny Novgorod will be able to fly directly to six foreign cities: Antalya, Yerevan, Tashkent, Tbilisi, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh.

      The domestic route network includes 12 destinations. Among them are Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Samara, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Ufa and Chelyabinsk.

      The new schedule will be in effect until March 28, 2026. Up-to-date information on flight frequency, departure times and periods of operation can be found on the airport’s official website in the "Seasonal schedule" section.

      It was previously reported that the airline Nordwind was held administratively liable for inadequate servicing of passengers on delayed flights in Nizhny Novgorod.
