The head of the Gorodetsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Alexander Mudrov, has been awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland, II class." The decree awarding the honor was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 22 October 2025.
It was noted that the head of the district was honored for his merits in the development of local self-government and for many years of conscientious service.
By the same decree, the director of the Finance Department of the Nizhny Novgorod mayor’s office, Yuri Mochalkin, was awarded the title "Honored Economist of the Russian Federation," and the deputy director of the Privolzhsky District Medical Center, Svetlana Dzyubak, was awarded the title "Honored Healthcare Worker of the Russian Federation."
Earlier it was reported that NGTU professor Alexander Kulikov received the title "Honored Inventor of Russia."
We also recall that Igor Norenkov, a deputy of the Nizhny Novgorod Legislative Assembly, was conferred the honorary title "Honored Economist of the Russian Federation."
