      A resident of Nizhny Novgorod was held liable for parking on the sidewalk on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street. This was reported by the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

      Police, having learned of the offense, established the driver's identity. He turned out to be a 19-year-old student from Nizhny Novgorod.
