Since the beginning of 2025 the Regional Center for the Development of Transport Systems has revealed numerous violations by public transport carriers in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
According to the RCTS, a total of 306 claims were sent to companies for a total amount of more than 2.8 million rubles for failure to comply with the terms of state contracts.
The main violations involved deviations from the schedule, lack of necessary information for passengers, and unsatisfactory technical and sanitary condition of buses.
Following the inspections, carriers have already paid fines totaling over 1.2 million rubles. In addition, disciplinary measures were taken against drivers who committed violations.
Thus, in the Meshcheryakov group of companies, drivers of buses No. 13, 22, 32, 36, 45, 47, 67, 75, 78, 81, 82 and 89 were punished for driving past stops without picking up or dropping off passengers. As a result, they were deprived of bonuses or received reprimands.
The driver of bus No. 115, working in the Borsky district, also received a reprimand and was left without a bonus for refusing to issue tickets to passengers.
Similar measures were applied to drivers of LLC "Avtoligatrans-NN" (route No. 74) and LLC "Trans.Kom" (route No. 94), who drove past stops without stopping.
At "Nizhegorodpassazhiravtotrans" the driver of bus No. 26 was deprived of a bonus for refusing to open the front door and for inappropriate behavior. In addition, drivers of buses No. 9 and 64 received warnings for similar violations.
