A project for a partly underground parking facility with a farm shop was approved in Nizhny Novgorod.

The project to build a semi-underground parking lot with the store "Center for Farmers' Trade" in the Prioksky District received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review.
The facility will appear at 3 Tsvetochnaya Street. The developer is the state enterprise of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "Nizhny Novgorod Institute for the Development of Land Use" (KP "NIRIZ"). The project documentation was prepared by sole proprietor Pyotr Andreevich Suchkov, registered in Nizhny Novgorod.
The review of the project documentation was carried out by PROMMASH TEST EXPERTISE LLC, registered in Moscow. The expert opinion was issued on October 20, 2025.
