The court suspended the operation of a car wash in Nizhny Novgorod due to noise and violations.

      A self-service car wash at 6a Norilskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod was temporarily closed due to noise and sanitary violations. This was reported by the regional office of Rospotrebnadzor.

      During an inspection, specialists from the agency's territorial department recorded exceedances of permissible noise levels at night. Complaints came from residents of the neighboring building at 8 Norilskaya Street.

      It was also established that the facility lacks a sanitary protection zone plan, which is also a violation of current requirements.

      Following the inspection, an administrative case was opened under Part 1 of Article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court found individual entrepreneur A.A. Smotrakov guilty and imposed a penalty in the form of a temporary suspension of the car wash's operations for 30 days.

      Earlier it was reported that a court suspended the operation of a shawarma outlet in Nizhny Novgorod for 14 days due to violations in the termination of employment contracts with foreign workers.
