      A 19th-century craft school building has been put up for auction in Arzamas. This was reported by the Telegram channel of the Agency for the Preservation and Development of the Historical Environment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (ANO "ASIRIS").

      As noted, the building was constructed 120 years ago in the eclectic style. Up for auction is "Building No. 1" from the "School of Apprentice Craftsmen" complex, dating from 1904–1906. The building's area is 3,296.9 square meters. The building is a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The educational building is made of red brick, and part of the building has a basement.

      The starting price was 43,486,000 rubles. It is noted that the new owner will be granted a lease on the land plot.

      As a reminder, it was previously reported that an investor for the Y. I. Bashkirov flour mill complex is being sought in Nizhny Novgorod.
