The Hydrometeorological Center announced the weather forecast for November in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      October 17, 2025, 17:40 Society The Hydrometeorological Center of Russia published a preliminary forecast for the Nizhny Novgorod Region for November. The material was posted on the website of the FSBI "Upper Volga UGMS".

      According to meteorologists' calculations, the average air temperature next month is expected to be in the range of −1 to −3 °C. This is about one degree above the long-term norm.

      Monthly precipitation is forecast to be around normal values — about 40–55 mm.

      Earlier it was reported that over the coming weekend Nizhny Novgorod is expected to be gray and damp.
