Two natives of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast were added to a list of terrorists.

      17 October 2025 11:38 Society The federal list of persons involved in extremist and terrorist activities has been supplemented by two natives of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The corresponding information was posted on Rosfinmonitoring's official website.

      The list includes 33-year-old Vitaly Andreevich Mineev, born in the settlement of Doschatoe in the Vyksunsky district, and 49-year-old Alexander Nikolaevich Pchelin, a native of the city of Pavlovo.

      The reasons why these citizens were included in the list are not being disclosed at this time.

      Being added to Rosfinmonitoring's register means that financial control measures may be applied to these individuals, including the blocking of bank accounts and restrictions on financial transactions.

      In September the list was joined by a 28-year-old Kstovo resident who financed the activities of a banned organization.

      Earlier it was reported that 18 terrorist-related crimes were registered in the Nizhny Novgorod region during the first seven months of 2025.
