      Hereby we inform that on October 16, 2025, from 13:00, a personal reception of citizens will be organized in the Citizens’ Reception of the Governor and Government of the Department for Documentation Support of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (hereinafter - the Citizens’ Reception) at the address: Nizhny Novgorod, 2 Kostina St., by Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey Grigoryevich Sanosyan, who coordinates the work of the executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on the following matters:

      - the formation and implementation of regional industrial and innovation policy;

      - the implementation of a unified strategy for the development and strengthening of the entrepreneurial sector of the economy; regulation and coordination in the field of development and support of entrepreneurship, the consumer market and services; as well as in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, and in the field of turnover of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal;

      - the implementation of regional state control (supervision) in the area of retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products;

      - the licensing of retail sale of alcoholic products on the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - the licensing of activities related to procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap within the powers defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

      - the implementation of state policy in the agro-industrial complex, including animal husbandry, crop production, plant quarantine, land reclamation, soil fertility, the use of agricultural land, regulation of the market for agricultural raw materials and food, sustainable development of rural areas, the food and processing industry, including ensuring food security, as well as in the field of beekeeping;

      - the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of veterinary medicine in the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - ensuring the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons lawfully present in the Region may sign up for the reception if their issue has previously been considered within the competence of the authorities and the personal participation of the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, A.G. Sanosyan, is required to make a decision on the merits of the appeal.

      Those wishing to sign up for the reception must send a written or electronic appeal addressed to Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region A.G. Sanosyan, stating the essence of the issue. Registration for the reception closes 5 working days before it is held.
