
Nizhny Novgorod's "Chaika" secured a come-from-behind victory over "Molot".

Nizhny Novgorod's Chayka hockey players, as part of the Junior Hockey League, played a tense home game against Perm's Molot and won 4–3. This was reported on the club's official social media.
The game was extremely dramatic. In the middle of the second period the score was 0–3 in favor of the visitors. However, Chayka managed to regroup and mount an impressive comeback.
The turning points were goals by Ivan Mullerov, Yan Melnikov and a brace from Gleb Stafeev, which not only leveled the score but also secured the team the victory in this tough confrontation.
This win was already Chayka's eighth in a row in the current MHL season.
After the final siren, Yan Melnikov thanked the fans for their support and commented on the team's success:
"It was our tactic," the player said. "We let the opponent feel confident, and then we did our job."
Earlier it was reported that Torpedo-Gorky players suffered a heavy defeat in an away game against Novokuznetsk's Metallurg.
