      Work is underway on Mira Boulevard to replace the asphalt pavement from Tsiolkovsky Avenue to Lenin Avenue. The contract also provides for the replacement of manhole covers and the application of thermoplastic road markings. “Mira Boulevard is located in the city center and connects two important transport arteries. In addition, Dzerzhinsk residents chose Teatralnaya Square for improvement as part of the rating vote in the All‑Russian competition to select the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historic settlements. The administration has commissioned the development of a concept taking residents’ opinions into account. The project will begin in 2026. Therefore, repairing the roadway is very important for creating a unified public space,” said the head of the city, Mikhail Klinkov.

      Due to the road works, traffic on Mira Boulevard will be temporarily restricted.

      Restrictions will be in effect:

      October 12, 2025 from 09:00 to 20:00 (on the section of the road from Lenin Avenue to Markovnikov Street, even side);

      October 13, 2025 from 09:00 to 20:00 (on the section of the road from Markovnikov Street to Pravda Boulevard, even side);

      October 14–15, 2025 from 09:00 to 20:00 (on the section of the road from Tsiolkovsky Avenue to Lenin Avenue, odd side).

      Please be attentive and choose detour routes in advance.
