      Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Sergey Morozov will hold an in-person reception for citizens on October 30 at 14:00 at the following address: Nizhny Novgorod, 2 Kostina St. This was reported by the press service of the regional government.

      Sergey Morozov coordinates transport policy and digitization in the Nizhny Novgorod Region; public transport services; control of passenger and luggage transportation by taxis; and scheduled (regular) transportation.

      His responsibilities also include accounting for and inventory of road infrastructure facilities; construction supervision; oversight of shared-equity construction; protection of cultural heritage sites; and the digital development of the construction sector.

      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region may register for the reception if their issue has already been considered within the competence of the relevant authorities and requires Morozov’s personal participation to make a decision.

      To register, a written or electronic appeal addressed to him must be submitted stating the essence of the issue. Registration for the reception is open until October 23.
