      Representatives of Nizhny Novgorod businesses can assess the level of administrative pressure in the region, the press service of the governor and the regional government report.

      The Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of the Nizhny Novgorod Region is conducting a survey of entrepreneurs on the quality of the work of supervisory authorities.

      Attention is being paid to criteria such as the number of inspections per economic entity per year; the share of companies that have faced administrative pressure from government bodies or natural monopolies; and businesses’ satisfaction with the procedure for undergoing inspections (supervisory activities).

      “Entrepreneurs can indicate factors that hinder the improvement of the quality of inspections and leave their suggestions on the work of supervisory bodies. Such ‘feedback’ is an important step toward reducing the administrative burden on law‑abiding businesses,” said the region’s Minister of Economic Development, Denis Ismagilov.

      You can take part in the survey by filling out the questionnaire on the region’s investment portal at: https://nn-invest.ru/surveys/vote/?id=12. The questionnaire is anonymous. The collected data will be used in aggregated form.

      According to the results for the first half of 2025, businesses noted that the procedures for undergoing inspections are clear and convenient, and that inspections did not have a significant impact on business activities. A decrease in the average number of inspections was also noted.

      Recall that since 2025, business support activities have become part of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy,” implemented on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
