Authorities are seeking a contractor to construct a building for School No. 103 in Verkhnie Pechery.

      The procedure to select a contractor for the construction of a new building for School No. 103 has started in Nizhny Novgorod. The electronic auction was announced by the Department of Economic Development and Investments of the city administration. The information was posted on the official government procurement portal.

      The project provides for the creation of a three-story building for 500 places with an area of 24,500 square meters. The new building will be constructed in the Nizhegorodsky District, near house No. 10 on Verkhne-Pecherskaya Street. The institution will become part of the municipal autonomous general education institution "School No. 103 with in-depth study of certain subjects."

      The starting contract price is 890.5 million rubles. Funding will be provided from the city budget and subsidies from the regional treasury.

      According to the terms of the auction, the contracting organization must approve the working documentation by the end of December 2025. Construction and installation work at the site should begin in November of this year. The deadline for completing all work on the school's construction and obtaining a positive conclusion on the building's compliance with all construction regulations is set for May 31, 2027.

      Applications from participants will be accepted until October 20, 2025.

      Recall that the annex project for School No. 103 in Nizhny Novgorod received a positive state expert review. Initially, city authorities planned to build this school building as early as 2024.
