The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Information Center (NOIC) has released the second part of the documentary film "Brothers by Blood: Nizhny Novgorod Region – Donbass" (16+). The sequel is timed to the Day of the Reunification of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia Region and Kherson Region with the Russian Federation.

The first part of the project was devoted to the important humanitarian mission carried out by residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic under their patronage.

In the new installment NOIC journalists traveled with a Nizhny Novgorod humanitarian convoy to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. The filmmakers told the stories of fighters, volunteers, home-front workers and those involved in assembling humanitarian cargoes.

Recall that referendums on joining Russia were held in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions from 23 to 27 September 2022. Treaties on the accession of these regions to the Russian Federation were signed by President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the respective federal subjects on 30 September 2022.
