Police seized more than 100 liters of illegal alcohol in Bor.

      In Bor, officers from several units of the city Department of Internal Affairs conducted an inspection of a café after a complaint was received.

      During the raid it was established that an individual entrepreneur was selling alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in the establishment without a license and without accompanying documents confirming their legal origin.

      More than 100 liters of alcohol for which there were no official documents were seized.

      Administrative offense reports were drawn up against the entrepreneur under Part 2 of Article 14.17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation ("illegal retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products by an individual entrepreneur") and Part 2 of Article 14.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation ("violation of special requirements and rules for the retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products").

      The case materials have already been sent to court. Until a decision is made, the seized bottles have been placed in the OMVD storage box.
