      An investment project has started in the Leninsky District of Nizhny Novgorod, under which a new residential quarter is planned. The total development area will exceed 128,000 square meters. In addition to residential buildings, the area will include a kindergarten, a polyclinic and plans for a school.

      The complex will be located within the boundaries of Druzhby, Entuziastov and Geroya Samochkina streets, not far from the Zarechnaya metro station. The area will receive modern landscaping: green zones, playgrounds, and spaces for sports and recreation will be created.

      As part of the first phase of construction, four 21‑storey buildings are planned, GC "Samolyot" reported. The total area of the first-phase buildings will exceed 46,000 square meters.

      Earlier, the architectural and urban-planning solution for the first residential building included in the KRT project in the Leninsky District received approval from the Ministry of Urban Development Activities and Agglomeration Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      Recall that the contract for the implementation of the KRT in the Samochkina Street area was signed on October 6, 2023.
