      The hotel complex construction project on Ilyinskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod underwent a non-governmental expert review. Information about this was posted on the official GIS EGRZ portal.

      A positive conclusion was issued on September 23, 2025. The project documentation was developed by the company "Russky Dom", and the developer is Nizhavtostroy LLC.

      The future hotel will be located next to building No. 56 on Ilyinskaya Street. The architectural plan envisages the construction of two buildings, each of which will have four to five floors.

      The total area of the hotel complex will be 6,600 square meters. It will include 96 hotel rooms, as well as parking for cars.

      According to the plans, construction of the facility and the improvement of the adjacent territory are planned to be completed by the end of 2030.

      Earlier it was reported that an aparthotel was to be built on Proviantskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod.

      There were also reports about plans to adapt a historic building on Kozhevennaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod into a hotel.
