A heating hotline will open in Nizhny Novgorod on September 23.

      September 22, 2025, 13:40. Society. In Nizhny Novgorod a hotline on heat supply issues will operate from September 23 to October 5. This was reported by the Department of Housing and Engineering Infrastructure of the city administration.

      Residents will be able to receive consultations from specialists on the heating of residential buildings and organizations. Calls are accepted at 439-18-24.

      Hotline hours: Monday through Friday — from 08:00 to 20:00, on weekends — from 10:00 to 16:00. A break is scheduled on weekdays and weekends from 12:00 to 13:00.

      District administrations will also operate hotlines during the working day to receive appeals. During non-working hours and on weekends questions can be addressed to the duty officers of the administrations. Current contacts for the district administrations are posted on the mayor’s official website.

      Reminder: the heating season in Nizhny Novgorod will begin on September 23.
