      The Arbitration Court rejected the lawsuit filed by Ice Palace LLC against JSC Crocus International, the general contractor for the construction of the ice arena on the Strelka. This was reported by “Ъ-Privolzhye.” The concessionaire sought to recover 330 thousand rubles in penalties for the delay in revising the project in 2022 and 250 thousand rubles in damages related to an administrative fine from Rostechnadzor. During the proceedings, Crocus proved that the delay was caused by the client. In particular, the revision of the project documentation included numerous changes from the Ministry of Sport, HC Torpedo, Match TV and security agencies, which were approved only five months after work began. The court found no fault on the part of the contractor and dismissed the claims.
