A serious crash involving a Nizhny Novgorod minibus resulted in an investigation by the prosecutor's office.

      Incidents — The prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation after a minibus collided with a passenger car in Nizhny Novgorod, the press service of the supervisory authority in the region reported.

      Recall that the accident occurred on 18 September at around 20:05 on Kosmonavta Komarov Street. According to preliminary information, both drivers entered the intersection on a red traffic light. The driver of the passenger car was injured.

      The prosecutor’s office has organized a probe into the incident. The supervisory authority has taken oversight of the work of emergency services and intends to assess whether legislation was followed in the provision of passenger transportation services. All circumstances of the incident are being established.

      Earlier it was reported that two people were injured in an accident involving a passenger car and a tractor-trailer on the M-7 in the Lyskovsky district.
