      The Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Institute for Demographic Development" released a major update to the digital service "Wow, Parents!". The app now offers an interactive pregnancy guide — a convenient and detailed reference for expectant mothers that accompanies them throughout the entire journey: from conception to the baby’s first weeks of life.

      The new feature allows users to select the current stage of pregnancy, on the basis of which personalized recommendations are generated. Women receive advice on nutrition, rest, necessary medical examinations and monitoring their health. Recommendations are automatically updated according to the stage of pregnancy, helping to reduce anxiety and maintain inner balance.

      "The launch of the updated service is an important step in supporting future parents. The app allows women to go through all stages of awaiting a baby more calmly and confidently. We strive to create comfortable conditions for families in the region and to continue developing digital products, making them as useful as possible," said Yevgeny Zhuravlev, director of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Institute for Demographic Development." The service update was implemented as part of the national project "Family" and the regional initiative — the Family Five-Year Initiative in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, announced by Governor Gleb Nikitin for the period from 2025 to 2030. The project's goal is to stabilize the demographic situation and provide comprehensive support to families.

      The "Wow, Parents!" app is available for free download on the App Store and Google Play.
