      A Family Health Day (6+) was held in the Artyomov Meadows, organized by the ANO "ArtLuga Center". The event attracted more than 150 guests from various parts of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      A rich program was prepared for participants. Guided tours along the "Health Trail" were led by guide Natalya Konovalova. She spoke about the natural wealth and biodiversity of these places.

      Children and parents enjoyed interactive activities from the "Living School": fun games, bracelet-weaving master classes, and an introduction to the ancient Russian game lapta.

      The creative part of the celebration was complemented by the eco-quest "Green Key to Health", prepared by the ArtLuga Center. It brought families together to solve environmental challenges and provided participants with new knowledge.

      Health-practice enthusiasts took part in yoga sessions. The performances of the folk ensembles "Sveti-Tsvet" and "Veter Fanga" from Nizhny Novgorod gave the celebration a special atmosphere. Their vivid performances filled the space with living traditional culture.

      It should be added that the Family Health Day became part of the "Artyomov Meadows Health Trail" project, implemented with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund and the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the "Greens" party.

      It was previously reported that more than 170,000 people took part in summer events organized with the participation of the Institute for Demographic Development.
