Economy: 24.9 million rubles will be allocated for conducting engineering surveys and developing design documentation for a future industrial park in Ilyinogorsk, Volodarsky District. This information is posted on the public procurement website.
The procurement was announced by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. Of the contract’s maximum value, 3.4 million rubles will be allocated for geodetic surveys, 8.3 million rubles for geological work, and 9 million for the preparation of design documentation. VAT is also included in the estimate.
As part of the geodetic work, the contractor will need to gather information on the site’s topography and existing structures. The geological surveys will be aimed at identifying potential natural and man-made hazards. The work will cover an area of 446.9 hectares.
Based on the data obtained, a site development plan will need to be prepared. Production buildings of various sizes will be located on the industrial park grounds. The construction of an administrative building to manage the facility is also planned.
The deadline for all work is March 2, 2026. Applications to participate in the open electronic tender are accepted until September 17.
Earlier it was reported that the Nizhny Novgorod Region will receive 7.5 billion rubles for a road to the industrial site in the Volodarsky district.
