Vyacheslav Gorev coordinates the work of the executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on the following matters:
— state administration and regulation in the field of housing and communal services and the fuel and energy complex; in the field of forest relations; in the sector of environmental protection, the use and protection of water bodies, as well as subsoil use and hunting;
— the exercise of powers in the area of regional state control over the condition and operation of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment within the region;
— the implementation of regional state housing supervision;
— the licensing of entrepreneurial activities related to the management of apartment buildings;
— the activities of the Working Group of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the area of “Ecology and Natural Resources”;
— state regulation and control (supervision) in the field of tariffs and the activities of guaranteeing suppliers.
Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons lawfully present in the region may make an appointment for the reception if their issue has previously been considered within the scope of competence and the personal participation of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Vyacheslav Gorev is required to make a substantive decision on the appeal.
Those wishing to register for the reception must send a written or electronic appeal addressed to Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Vyacheslav Gorev outlining the essence of the issue. Registration for the reception closes five working days before it is held.
