      A teenager on a pit bike hit cyclists on the roadside in Balakhna. This was reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

      The accident occurred on the evening of August 6 in the settlement of Maloe Kozino in the Balakhna district. According to preliminary information, a 14-year-old teenager, while riding a motorcycle, struck two cyclists who were on the roadside. At the time of the incident, an 11-year-old passenger was riding with him on the motorcycle.

      Three people were injured in the crash: a 17-year-old girl and a 45-year-old man — the cyclists — and the 11-year-old child who was riding the pit bike. All the injured were hospitalized.

      The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

      Earlier it was reported that a car carrying five teenagers overturned in Nizhny Novgorod.
