Society: Natalya Romanova has been appointed head of the Volga-Vyatka Suburban Passenger Company. According to the joint-stock company's press service, the decision to appoint her as CEO was made at a shareholders' meeting of the company on September 3.
Natalya Romanova has a relevant education: she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University. She also completed additional professional education programs at the Corporate University of Russian Railways (OJSC "RZD"), the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) and Nizhny Novgorod State University.
Romanova began her career in railway transport in 2006 as an accountant. She later held positions as an economist and senior economist, and since 2010 — head of the Department of Economics and Accounting of Infrastructure Services within the structures of the Gorky Railway and OJSC "RZD".
Since 2014 Natalya Romanova has worked at the Volga-Vyatka Suburban Passenger Company as Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance.
For achievements in her professional activities she has been awarded an honorary certificate from the head of the Gorky Railway, letters of appreciation from the management of OJSC "RZD", as well as a commemorative medal "20 Years of the Open Joint-Stock Company 'Russian Railways'".
It was previously reported that Oksana Kislitsina has been reappointed ombudsman of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
