The Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has issued a permit for the construction of a long-stay hotel at 42 Studenaya Street. This was reported on the agency's website.
The developer is sole proprietor Sergey Nikolaevich Golovanov. The document was issued on July 4.
It should be noted that in June the city planning authority approved the project's architectural appearance. The hotel will be built on a 1,700-square-meter plot. The building itself will occupy 687 square meters, and the total floor area will be 2,183 square meters. The hotel will be four stories with an integrated parking facility.
Earlier it was reported that a year-round glamping park is planned in the Leninsky District of the regional center.
