President Vladimir Putin, during his visit to Sarov, spoke mostly about Russia's nuclear triad. This was said by the General Director of the State Corporation Rosatom, Alexey Likhachev, at the session “500 Years on the Horizon: From Discoveries to Innovations of the Northern Sea Route” of the Eastern Economic Forum.
