VTB is accepting applications to issue the Pushkin Card.

      Economy. From 2026 the operator bank of the "Pushkin Card" program will be VTB. Card users can already apply to have it issued at VTB so that from January 1, 2026 they can continue buying tickets for cultural events under the program.

      An application to have it issued at VTB must be submitted by December 28, 2025 inclusive, or in the new year — from January 1, 2026.

      Until the end of the year an application for issuance can be submitted in the "Gosuslugi Culture" app and the Pochta Bank app, as well as at VTB’s and Pochta Bank’s flagship customer centers, whose addresses can be found on the website. A Pushkin Card already issued by Pochta Bank will continue to operate unchanged until December 31, 2025.

      From January 1, 2026 an application for issuance of the Pushkin Card can be submitted via the "Gosuslugi Culture" app, "VTB Online" (if the user is a VTB client), and also in person at VTB branches from January 12. If a client requires a physical (plastic) card rather than a digital one, it can also be issued at a bank branch.

      "Pushkin Card is a unique social project aimed at promoting culture among young people. Our task is to make the process of transferring the project’s servicing from Pochta Bank to VTB as comfortable and uninterrupted as possible for clients, which is why users can already apply to have the Pushkin Card issued at VTB and from January 1 buy tickets for cinemas, theatres and museums. Submitting the application takes no more than a minute," said Alexander Pakhomov, Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB.

      The Pushkin Card is available to young people aged 14 to 22 inclusive. The state annually credits a subsidy of 5,000 rubles to it, which can only be spent on tickets for cultural events (visits to theatres and cinemas, exhibitions and concerts). Up to 2,000 rubles of the limit may be spent on cinemas. To receive a digital card you must register on Gosuslugi, verify your account, download the "Gosuslugi Culture" app and confirm the issuance of the Pushkin Card. To obtain a plastic card you must visit the flagship offices of VTB or Pochta Bank.
