      Incidents

      A road traffic accident occurred in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region, in which two cars ended up at a public transport stop.

      According to the press service of the regional traffic police department, the accident occurred late on the evening of August 30 on Avtozavodskoye Highway.

      According to preliminary information, as a result of the collision of two passenger cars — a Chevrolet and a Lada Granta — the vehicles ran off the road and crashed into a bus shelter.

      As a result of the incident, a passenger of the Granta born in 2009 was injured. The young woman sustained injuries and was hospitalized.

      Both cars sustained serious damage. Traffic police officers are working at the scene to determine all the circumstances of what happened.

      Earlier it was reported that a KamAZ truck caused an accident involving several vehicles on Moskovskoye Highway in Nizhny Novgorod.
