      On August 29, 2025, at 13:00 on the grounds of 1 May Park, an informational and preventive campaign "We’re Back!" will take place with the participation of the acting head of the Traffic Police Department (OGIBDD) of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Police Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Gruzdev, junior traffic inspectors, representatives of the Public Council under the city police and the STOP Road Accidents charitable foundation.

      "With the start of the school year, traffic intensity near schools increases sharply. Our task is to prevent tragedies by reminding both children and adults of the rules that save lives," said Police Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Gruzdev.

      The aim of the event is to remind drivers of the need to pay increased attention to children on the roads at the beginning of the school year. Junior inspectors, together with traffic police officers, will hold explanatory talks with road users, distribute themed leaflets and reflective items. Special emphasis will be placed on safety near educational institutions. We invite media representatives to participate in the event.
