      The JSC "SZ NO 'Directorate for Construction'" announced a tender for the provision of security services for a construction site in the Olgino village area, which is part of Nizhny Novgorod. This information appeared on the state procurement website.

      According to the procurement terms, the contractor is to organize round-the-clock security for the construction site. Initially, until 31 March 2026, one security post will operate on the site. Its task is to ensure security for 196 days.

      From 1 April 2026 until the end of December 2027, the number of posts will increase to two. At this stage, security will be provided for 640 days.

      Each post must be staffed by one employee working a 24-hour shift — from 08:00 to 08:00 the following day.

      Guards are required to maintain documentation: shift handover logs, visitor registration, pass issuance, as well as records of vehicle entry and exit and the movement of material assets. The contractor also undertakes to provide an operational replacement of a guard (within an hour) in case of acute illness or other incapacity of an employee.

      The starting contract value is 9.8 million rubles. Applications to participate in the tender can be submitted until 2 September 2025.

      Recall that the residential development project being implemented under the integrated territory development mechanism in Olgino passed the state examination.

      Earlier, one of the largest comprehensive residential development projects in Nizhny Novgorod was launched in the Olgino area. It is planned to build 1.4 million square meters of housing there.
