      The tender for the development of the Novinki site for a logistics center was declared invalid. The information was published on the GIS Torgi website.

      The reason given is that only one application to participate was submitted, from the company "RVB", whose founder is online retailer Wildberries. It offered 127 million rubles for the right to conclude a KRT agreement, with a starting lot price of 6 million.

      Recall that this concerns an undeveloped plot of 33.5 hectares within the boundaries of Parkovaya, Vysokaya and Poletnaya streets and road 22-401. According to the tender documentation, a large-scale project worth at least 12.2 billion rubles is planned for the area. The total area of the future facilities is up to 150,000 square meters. The deadline for completion of the work is 1 October 2027.

      It should be noted that in June residents of Novinki and the Oksky Bereg residential complex, who took part in public discussions, did not support the possible construction of a warehouse, and in August they recorded a video appeal to the authorities asking them not to build a Wildberries logistics center next to their homes. At the time the company said it was considering different sites in the region and a final decision had not yet been made.

      Earlier it was reported that tax incentives were approved for the developer of an OZON warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod. At the end of July the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved, in two readings, an investment agreement between the regional government and the company "NinoGrad" for the construction of a modern logistics complex.
