      The career guidance project of JSC APZ, "PRO Zavod", was presented at the first All-Russian Forum on Industrial Tourism "The Pipe Calls", which took place in Sterlitamak (Bashkortostan) from 6 to 8 August.

      Arzamas Instrument-Building Plant named after P.I. Plandina received an invitation to participate in this large-scale event as the winner of the Grand National Corporate Media Competition "Silver Threads-2024" in the category "Best special project in corporate communications."

      At the forum APZ's project was highly praised. Its effectiveness is evidenced not only by the numbers. For example, the five most recent videos about plant professions gathered more than 11,000 views; 76 initiation ceremonies into the instrument-making profession were held, with 1,569 plant employees taking part. In addition, other enterprises have already adopted APZ's career guidance practices.

      One of the forum's topics was industrial journalism: how to create striking news hooks and properly shape the image of an industrial region.

      Participants also toured the production facilities of the Bashkir Soda Company and visited the venues of the hospitality festival "Kupec 2.0".

      Industrial tourism is actively developing today, the forum noted. This contributes not only to product promotion and increased brand recognition, but, most importantly, helps attract active young people to the cities where companies have a presence.
