Reception of citizens

      On September 11, 2025, starting at 1:00 p.m., a personal reception of citizens will be organized in the Citizens’ Reception of the Governor and Government of the Document Support Administration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (hereinafter – the Citizens’ Reception) at: Nizhny Novgorod, 2 Kostina St., by Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey Alexandrovich Checherin, who coordinates the work of the executive bodies of the Nizhny Novgorod Region on the following issues:

      - the development and implementation of state policy and administration in the field of safeguarding citizens’ health;

      - the implementation of state policy in the field of mandatory medical insurance within the powers of the executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region under his supervision;

      - the development and implementation of state policy in the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the areas of education, upbringing and science in organizations carrying out educational activities and scientific organizations; social support of students of organizations engaged in educational activities; the realization of citizens’ constitutional right to education; the implementation in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of the fundamentals of state policy in the field of organizing children’s recreation and health-improvement activities, including ensuring the safety of their lives and health, and the bodies exercising management in these areas; as well as issues of exercising powers delegated by the Russian Federation in the field of education.

      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons legally present in the region may register for the reception if their issue has previously been reviewed within the competence of the relevant bodies and the personal participation of Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey A. Checherin is required to make a decision on the substance of the appeal.

      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons legally present in the region may register for the reception if their issue has previously been reviewed within the competence of the relevant bodies and the personal participation of Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey A. Checherin is required to make a decision on the substance of the appeal.

      Those wishing to make an appointment must send a written or electronic appeal addressed to Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey A. Checherin setting out the essence of the matter. Registration for the reception closes 5 working days before it is held.
