      Society: Violations in the use of pesticides were identified in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. This was reported by the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and the Republic of Mari El.

      According to it, an analysis of data from the federal state information system "Saturn" revealed exceedances of permissible limits during the treatment of agricultural crops — sunflower and soy. In addition, pesticides were applied without taking into account the stages of plant development, which contradicts established regulations.

      It was also established that the enterprise violated Article 16 of Federal Law No. 490-FZ "On Beekeeping in the Russian Federation." It requires informing interested parties about the use of pesticides through the media 5–10 days before the start of treatment, but these requirements were not complied with.

      In connection with the identified facts, Rosselkhoznadzor sent LLC "Vozrozhdenie 52" a warning about the inadmissibility of further violations of mandatory requirements.
