On the evening of August 12, an unknown assailant attacked a 37-year-old employee at one of the post offices in the Kanavinsky District of Nizhny Novgorod, the press service of the regional State Labor Inspectorate reported.
The woman went to a hospital, where she told doctors about the incident. Doctors recorded a concussion and head bruises. Specialists are now awaiting the final medical report, which will determine the severity of the injuries.
Ilya Moshes, the chief state labor inspector for the Nizhny Novgorod region, said that an inspection of all the circumstances of the incident is currently underway. It is also being determined whether the woman was officially employed at the time of the attack.
Earlier it was reported that a drunken married couple attacked a member of an ambulance crew in Nizhny Novgorod.
