      Beeline has trained artificial intelligence to analyze conversation parameters for fraud and to interrupt the call if there are suspicions that the client is being deceived. This new enhanced protection feature is included in the PRO version of the Virtual Assistant.

      Beeline's anti-phone fraud measures have become even more powerful: now, for customers who have connected the PRO Virtual Assistant, all suspicious conversations will be checked by an AI model trained to recognize deception and manipulation based on analysis of the sound wave, behavioral markers, and communication scenarios. Calls with signs of fraud will be interrupted, and an audio and SMS warning will be issued: "It is likely that an attacker was speaking with you." Importantly, no humans will interfere in the conversation — everything will be handled by the algorithm, so there is no need to worry about confidentiality and privacy.

      The Virtual Assistant is an element of Beeline’s anti-fraud platform, a service that warns customers about potentially dangerous calls and automatically blocks spam calls and messages — even in messaging apps. The basic version of the service is free and enabled by default for all Beeline subscribers. The PRO version offers additional features — for example, call reception and conversation transcription.

The implementation of enhanced AI protection creates a new level of security, especially relevant for vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly.
