      The Prosecutor's Office of the Moskovsky District of Nizhny Novgorod conducted an inspection of the compliance with legislation on the protection of the lives and health of minors. It was established that a 14-year-old boy sustained severe health damage in the form of multiple fractures of the thoracic spine during a visit to a trampoline center. Numerous surgeries and prolonged rehabilitation measures helped restore the minor to his feet, but 12 metal pins in his spine will remain with him forever. The district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in court to recover moral damages from the amusement park director. The plaintiff's claim was satisfied, and a payment of 500,000 rubles was made to the victim. The funds will be used for his education and further rehabilitation.
