      On July 29, 2025, the Arzamas City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region rendered a decision in the civil case filed by Sh. against the city district administration of Arzamas for the recovery of monetary funds.

      The court established that Sh., while driving a vehicle, was moving along the roadway within the city and collided with potholes in the pavement, resulting in damage to two wheels.

      In the court hearing, it was determined that the damage to the vehicle was caused by improper maintenance of the road surface.

      By the decision of July 29, 2025, the Arzamas City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region satisfied Sh.'s claims.

      The court ordered the city administration to pay Sh. the damages caused.

      The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force.
