On August 9, the XI Speed Festival "Russian Wings" will take place in Chkalovsk. The event organizers announced this.
The festival will be held in the "Russian Wings" museum quarter, at the city beach "ToChKa," and at the city pier.
"A grand celebration will unite the sky and the Volga expanses, the names of Chkalov and Alekseev, the past and the future, offering bright emotions and unforgettable experiences," the message states.
Guests can enjoy an "Aerial Acrobatics" airshow by pilots from the Ufa "Pervushino" airfield and a flyboard show.
Additionally, performers from Oleg Gazmanov's National Project "Sources" will perform at the event.
The headline act will be Django, with the concert program "To Win."
Guests can also visit the Vasilyevsky Market, where they can explore the crafts of various artisans, participate in competitions of strength and agility, and take part in the "Chkalov Cup" fishing contest.
