More than half of the sections of the heat networks of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of T Plus successfully passed strength tests.

      Specialists of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus" have successfully tested the strength and density of 3,960 heat network sections in Dzerzhinsk and Kstovsky District since the start of the summer maintenance campaign. This accounts for 55.2% of their total number.

      The pipelines are checked with increased pressure of network water. During testing, the water is cooled to a temperature of no higher than 40 degrees, so hot water is not supplied to homes during hydraulic testing. After defects are identified and repaired, hydraulic tests on local heat network sections are conducted again. As a result of the tests, employees of Dzerzhinsk and Kstovsk heat networks have repaired 291 damages.

      “Currently, in Dzerzhinsk and Kstovsk District, we are conducting the second phase of heat network testing. We plan to complete it by the end of August. The tests are carried out according to the schedule approved by the municipal administrations. We ask residents to understand the inconvenience caused by seasonal hot water shutdowns, which are necessary to ensure reliable heat supply for the upcoming winter,” noted the chief engineer of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of "T Plus," Andrey Vanin.

      Preparation of the branch’s heat network facilities for the 2025-2026 heating season is underway in accordance with the calendar plan. For the new heating season, 40 out of 52 central heat points and all 28 boiler houses are ready. Additionally, 6.4 km of heat networks have been relaid.
