      LLC "Level App," part of the Moscow development group Level Group, has signed a comprehensive development agreement for the territory along the Grebny Canal embankment in Nizhny Novgorod. The agreement was signed jointly with the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the city administration.

      Previously, LLC "Level App" won a tender, securing the right to implement the project on a 10.55-hectare site. The contract's value is approximately 369 million rubles.

      According to the plan, about 47,000 square meters of residential real estate will be built on this territory, along with a modern landscaped embankment that will connect the Grebny Canal with the city center.

      The project involves the creation of new public spaces, social and sports infrastructure facilities, a hotel, as well as the construction of a 550-seat school and a 200-child kindergarten. All social facilities will be built at the investor’s expense.

      As emphasized by Ivan Kargin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, "In any modern city, the riverbank primarily offers great opportunities for new public spaces, recreation areas, and sports facilities. In this case, thanks to the investor, Nizhny Novgorod will gain a new unique location, continuing the Nizhny Volga embankment and the Grebny Canal embankment."

      The project is scheduled for completion in 2040. The construction of the school and kindergarten is planned to be finished by 2030.

      It was previously reported that the Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved the construction of housing and a school on the embankment of the Grebny Canal.
